Her skill as a commander has been challenged even with the spirit resting inside of her. People have doubted her willingness to protect her people because they don't think the title means everything.]
(So I again suggest that we attempt to organize our brood. We've neglected to organize ourselves and ensure that we each have the same knowledge. I do not want to be weakened as others have been because someone's been careless.)
[Frankly, she doesn't want to deal with the emotional impact of losing someone she considers a near stranger.
It sounds ... tedious. She felt for Angel, but she doesn't want to experience it herself.]
