[ He would find her leaning against a wall somewhere near a drinking strip, his cape crumpled on the ground by her feet. She doesn't seem too out of it, more pensive than anything, still sober enough to deliver well-aimed verbal jabs at a few men trying to pick her up. ]

[ Exercising mental control, he decides against answering her comment. She was going to hold him to what? Not shouting? Easy.

That control wavers some as he finds her, weight pressed against the wall behind her. It's a well lit area at least. His cape lays in a crumple at her feet and he inhales slowly, feeling his temper creep up.

Instead of making a sharp comment towards her, he extends his strides, expression icy towards the small group of men (boys) leering in her direction. ]

How steady are you on your feet?

[ Boys. But she sends them a smile to soothe the burn from Hux's look and leave still with the promise of try again then maybe, pushing back against the wall to retrieve the cape from the ground. She drapes it over her arm, the one farthest away from him, and waves her hand to dismiss his concern. ]

Don't worry, don't worry. You don't need to give me a piggyback ride.

[ Misato smiles soothingly but all that does is make Hux's scowl a little deeper. He's not the greatest judge of overall looks but she can do better. She's part of the nest, so of course she's better. Naturally.

His cape is draped over her arm– it's obvious she's taking care to keep it away from him. As much as he'd like to know why, he keeps his hands at his sides, only moving to gesture her to go first. ]

Hmm. I'll hold you to that. [ Eat your words Misato ]

[ He, on the other hand, gets a dirty look as she starts walking. Steps unsteady, but she manages. ]
